Delivery Times
Estimated delivery dates are shown on individual product pages and at checkout. We aim for next working day delivery on orders placed before 3PM for items in stock at our main distribution centre.
Some products are sent directly from our suppliers and may be subject to longer lead times. Please refer to the estimated delivery dates shown on each product page.
Delivery to some remote areas (e.g. Scottish Highland areas and Channel Islands) may take longer.
Delivery Areas & Restrictions
Some items are now undeliverable to Northern Ireland due to customs declarations, potential tariffs, and final destination of goods.
We do not deliver internationally.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated during the checkout process. All order values and delivery charges include VAT.
Standard delivery charges apply to UK Mainland only*.
If you are a Silver, Gold, or Platinum member of our Loyalty Programme, you’ll enjoy free delivery on all your orders, including those under £25*.
*Standard delivery charge and free delivery under the Zoro Loyalty Programme are not applicable in locations: Highlands and Islands of Scotland (AB, FK, HS, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, and ZE), Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Man (IM), and Isles of Scilly (TR). For these areas, a delivery charge of £6.99 will apply.
Delivery Method & Signatures
Most of our deliveries are dispatched via a contracted carrier who will require a valid signature from a person aged 16 years or older. Signatures help confirm:
If there is nobody present at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left by the delivery driver advising whether a further attempt will be made, or with contact details for the carrier’s local depot so you can make alternative arrangements. In residential delivery areas, this may be a local Post Office.
In some cases, our delivery partners may offer additional delivery options for added convenience - such as the ability to leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour (not available for age-restricted items). Where applicable, these options can be managed via the email received from the courier.
Please note: Most carriers provide curb-side delivery only. This means your order will be delivered to the nearest accessible ground-level entrance at the delivery address. If you live in a flat or apartment, the driver may not be able to deliver directly to your door or top floor.
Age Restricted Products
Products that are marked as Age Restricted must be delivered to registered business customers and a verified business address. A signature of a person 18 years or over will be required - you may need to prove your age to the delivery driver if they believe you to be younger.
