Non-rotating hole cutter. Heat treated for a long keen cutting life providing burr-free accuracy time after time. A small pilot hole is drilled allowing a connecting bolt to join the punch on one side and the die on the other side of the material. Pressure is then applied by tightening the bolt and thus the hole is literally punched out. 

Capacity: mild steel up to 16swg (1.62mm), stainless steel up to 16swg (1.62mm), sheet copper, brass and aluminum up to 2.0mm. Plus many other sheet materials and ductile plastic.

Other sizes available on request. Imperial 3/8" to 1 3/4". Metric 10mm to 80mm. 
Squares punches are available in sizes 19mm, 25.4mm. Rectangular punches can also be supplied to special order.

Sheet Metal Cutter/Hole Punch 25MM Diameter Round

Sheet Metal Cutter/Hole Punch 1.1/2" Diameter Round

A quick and easy way to cut clean metric sized holes in sheet metal up to 16 gauge. The special design allows even load during cutting and produces a burr free hole that needs no extra finishing. Heat treated cutting edges with black anti-corrosive surface finish to prevent rusting. All punches are sold singly without key, which should be ordered separately. Thread the punch onto the hexagonal screw and then pass the hexagonal screw through the hole. Position the die on top of the die nut and then screw the die nut onto the projecting hexagonal screw until it touches the metal sheet. Use a hexagonal key to turn the hexagonal screw. The screw will pull the punch through the metal and a hole will result. Please note these instructions apply to cutters up to 15 mm in size, for cutters 15 mm and over have a different configuration. Notably they have fewer components, in the larger cutters the thread is in the punch and thus there is no die nut. Size.25.0mm. Key Type.MB. 8mm hexagonal wrench

Sheet Metal Punch 25mm QMA25M

A quick and easy way to cut clean imperial sized holes in sheet metal up to 16 gauge. The special design allows an even load during cutting and produces a burr free hole that needs no extra finishing. Heat treated cutting edges with black anti-corrosive surface finish to prevent rusting. All punches boxed singly without key, which should be ordered separately. To use these punches they require a hole to be drilled through the sheet metal (large enough to clear the heagonal Screw) then the Die and hexagonal screw are threaded through the sheet metal then onto the die nut and screw die nut. When the hexagonal screw is tightened the punch will cut cleanly and evenly through the metal. Size. 7/16 in. Key Type. 3/16 in hexagon wrench
