Hammerite Direct to Rust Smooth Metal paints provide outdoor metal surfaces such as gates, retaining its gloss finish for years. The paint provides long lasting corrosion protection for ferrous and non-ferrous metal surfaces. 

The paint can be applied directly onto rusty metal with no need for a primer or undercoat, (just use a wire brush to remove loose paint etc. ensuring to leave a dry dirt-free surface).

Its formulation is specifically designed to prepare Hammerite metal paints for spray application as well as effectively cleaning brushes and painting equipment, actively cutting through dirt, grime salt and loose rust.

The Hammerite No.1 Rust Beater Primer is a fast drying solution all in one primer and undercoat to tackling rust and corrosion on metal. It provides a high build finish to even out pitted areas where rust has taken hold and helps prevent new rust and corrosion occurring as well as stopping killing existing rust.

Hammerite Radiator Paint is specially formulated to provide a heat resistant brilliant white finish on water-filled household radiators and hot water pipes. Provides a tough long lasting finish. Easy to use, this paint resists yellowing and prevents the formation of rust. It is low odour and touch dry in 4-6 hours. Supplied in a 500ml tin.

Hammerite No.1 Rust Beater provides a high-build finish to heavily pitted areas of rust and prevents new rust forming. Compatible with most topcoats, this Rust Beater kills rusts, primes and undercoats in one. It is corrosion resistant and suitable for ferrous metals. Can be applied via brush or roller, and directly to rust. Touch dry in 2 hours.

Hammerite Red Oxide Primer is specially formulated for use on both bare and rusty iron and steel. It is a high performance primer, with an anti-corrosive formulation. Red Oxide Primer is suitable for both interior and exterior use. It provides a smooth protective base for overcoating, and requires minimal sanding. It is quick-drying and a top coat can be applied after only 6 hours. Ideal for gates, railings and metal drainpipes.

Hammerite Ultima protects all metals, ferrous and non-ferrous, and gives 12-year protection. It can be applied direct to rust with no primer or undercoat and is touch dry in 1 hour, recoatable in 2 hours. This water-based formulation is also odourless and Colourlock technology prevents fading.

Hammerite One Coat Kurust is a water-based primer that transforms rust into a sound surface in 15 minutes. It is ideal for small areas of rust, stone chips and scratches. Kurust is simple to apply, without the need for rinsing. No primer or undercoat is required, and a top coat can be applied after only 3 hours. Kurust works by converting iron oxide to stable iron complexes and turns a blue-black colour whilst doing so.

Hammerite Underbody Seal provides heavy-duty protection for car underbodies, wheel arches and other high-impact areas. It offers excellent corrosion resistance, whilst giving a super smooth application, free from gritty particles. This Underbody Seal remains flexible and will not crack or peel.
