AdaptaKart is our ingenious new trolley for large sheet materials, featuring a pivoting rack to hold and rotate boards through 90° – making them safer and less awkward to slide/load. In the horizontal position you’ve even got a handy workbench! Our SafeStop deadman braking system means greater control on slopes and it won’t budge while loading, while a 750kg load capacity and forklift pockets makes light work of heavier/larger loads.
The TrekDror stacking kit allows you to easily and safely stack and secure multiple TrekDrors on top of each other. The kit consists of 4 flat stacking brackets, 16x M6x20mm bolts which are easily fitted into pretapped holes in each TrekDror unit. Stacking the TrekDrors allows you to maximise the space in your van or workshop and keep your tools more organised so that you can work more efficiently. All you need is one 10mm socket or spanner.
By adding our SafeStop deadman brake system, were putting you firmly in control the brakes are always engaged until you pullthe handle, making TT1-PRO even more user friendly and safer to handle on slopes. An optional extra side kit also helps to contain looser loads, with lashing points for extra security. So if you do brake suddenly, your load will remain secure.

The TrekDror mounting kit allows you to easily secure your TrekDror to a flat surface for increased stability and security. The kit consists of 4 angle mounting brackets, 8x M6x20mm bolts, 4x M10x30mm coach bolts. Fixing is easy; hold the brackets in place and secure the bolts into holes that you have predrilled in the floor of your workshop or vehicle. All you need to complete the job is one 17mm and one 10mm socket or spanner.

Built to a 30 minute fire resistance. Our ever-popular Armorgard CuttingStation is a neat, mobile workstation that eliminates the need for a separate cutting room and is essential for safely cutting lengths, such as conduit, timber, cable tray and pipe.
Improvements to the CuttingStation include new lighting, chamfered corners to further reduce noise and a new expandable working area to accommodate mitre saws. Armorgard Gorilla Gas Cages are well-built, bolt-together gas cages, designed for the safe storage of gas bottles. Our universal lifting eye kit includes 4x lifting eyes, 4x rear brackets, 8x M10 coach bolts and 8x M10 lock nuts. Large 50mm eye diameter allows most rated shackles and hooks to pass through. Can be retro-fitted to several Armorgard products, including some TuffBank models, CuttingStation, and more. Solid 8mm steel construction for ultimate strength. The kit fits approved products using 2x M10 coach bolts per lifting eye. The set of 4 lifting eyes has been proof-load tested for weights up to 3000kg
