Zoro Current Orders FAQ

Once an order has been placed, there is a timeframe of 30 minutes before your order is processed. During this period you are able to cancel an item from your order or your whole order. You can do this here. - find the item you wish to cancel and click "Cancel Item" and select the reason for cancellation.

You will receive a despatch confirmation email with a tracking number once your goods have been shipped. If your order includes multiple products, these might be shipped separately along with multiple tracking numbers. You can also track your order status in My Account.

If your item is already being processed, the option "Request Cancellation" will show. This means that it is only a request and not a guaranteed cancellation. The outcome will depend on the status of your order - whether it has already reached the processing stage of dispatch or not. We will always try our best to fulfil your request and we will be in touch to confirm if your request is successful.

The item may have already been packed in the warehouse or it may have been dispatched therefore we cannot cancel this. Not to worry, once your order has arrived you can request a return or replacement by logging in and going to 'My Orders'. if you wish to do so.

If you have not yet received confirmation that we have been able to successfully cancel your requested item, it may be that we are waiting for confirmation of the status of your item. If it has already been processed for dispatch you can request a return or replacement once you receive the item.

We're really sorry this has happened. This may be because the item had already reached a stage where we were unable to cancel. You can request a return or replacement by going to 'my orders'. If you are experiencing any problems please contact us.

We're really sorry that your order or part of your order has been cancelled. This may have happened because the item may be temporarily out of stock or the item may have been discontinued. We may also cancel an order if we are unable to verify your details. If you require more information please contact us using the on-site form.

You can order for a future date using Zoro Subscription which can be found and managed in 'My Account'.

The quick order feature can be found in the top right hand corner and allows you to add items to your basket simply by entering the product SKU number into the drop down box.
