Enjoy the best of both convenience and savings of 5%* with our scheduled orders for your repeat purchases — delivered to you at your preferred frequency. Setting up a scheduled order is free and easily managed anytime — all conveniently within your account.

Simply select ‘Schedule an order and save 5%’ on the product page, choose your preferred delivery frequency and checkout as normal.

You can also use Scheduled Orders to place a one-off order scheduled for a future delivery date of one or more products - providing you with extra flexibility to plan ahead.


Managing Scheduled Orders

You can manage your scheduled order in your account under Scheduled Orders.

Price Changes

If any price changes for any of your products, we will email you in advance of this change. Please note, it is the responsibility of the account holder to pause or delete a scheduled order due to the price change.

Payment Method

You can create a scheduled order by using a credit or debit card. Additionally, if you are a business account customer, you can create a scheduled order by selecting the Pay On Account option.

Pause a Scheduled Order

You can pause or enable your schedule at anytime through your account. Simply select the scheduled order you would like to pause under Scheduled Orders.

Deleting a Scheduled Order

You can delete your order scheduled order at anytime through your account. Simply select the scheduled order you would like to delete under Scheduled Orders. Please Note, this action is not reversible.
