It's quite simple. The more you spend with us, the more you save!
Order everything your business needs, any time you want, from your Zoro account. Every purchase you make over a 30-day period will take you closer to one of our three pricing tiers.
Once you have reached the spend threshold for any of the tiers you will automatically receive 2.5%, 5% or 7.5% off all your future orders for the next 60 days.
Tiered Pricing FAQs:
The Tiered Price Programme is free to enter and enrolment is automatic. To become a member you must simply spend a certain amount within 30 days.
Discount will be visible on all products as soon as you make a purchase which takes you over one of the pricing thresholds.
Discount will be applied to all future purchase for the next 60 days. If you continue to spend at the same rate (for example, a silver member spends another £1,000 in the following month) then the discount will continue for another 60 days, and so on..
If in any month you spend enough to reach the next pricing level up, then your new discount will be automatically applied, and the 60 days will reset.
If during the 60 day period, you don't purchase enough to stay within your threshold you will automatically move to the tier below, or below that (providing you have met the requirements for that level). If you are a Silver member and don't spend £1,000 or more, no discount will be applied once the 60 days has ended.
No, you cannot use your discount in conjunction with a discount code. However, if there is a site wide sale or promotion running, you will automatically be shown the lower priced option. For example, if you are a Gold member and normally receive 5% off your purchases, however there is a 10% off the product, you will receive the higher discount.
